These Terms of Use govern use of this website only. Professional services engagements are separately governed by a signed Master Services Agreement or equivalent contract. This template is a starting point and should be reviewed by a qualified Australian lawyer before relying on it.

This website is operated by CrossCloud Consulting Pty Ltd ("CrossCloud", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using crosscloud.com.au (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Use of the Site

You may use the Site for lawful, non-commercial informational purposes. You must not:

  • Use the Site in a way that could damage, disable, overburden or impair it.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or our systems.
  • Use automated means to scrape or harvest content except as permitted by our robots file.

When you submit information via a contact form or email, you warrant that the information is accurate and that you are authorised to provide it. Information you submit is handled in line with our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of South Australia, Australia. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that State and of the Commonwealth of Australia.
